Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

Overview

Freemax Solutions does not use recurring subscriptions. Every paid plan — Starter, Growth, Professional, Business, Enterprise Lite, Enterprise, Enterprise Pro, and Unlimited — is a one-time purchase that unlocks a fixed number of invoice credits with lifetime access. Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing that automatically renews or bills you again, and most of what people mean by "cancellation" instead falls under unused-credit refund requests, which this policy covers.

Free Tier

The Free Tier (10 invoices) is available once per unique IP address and email combination and requires no payment. You can stop using it at any time with no action needed and no charge involved.

Cancelling a Paid Plan Before Any Credits Are Used

If you purchase a plan and have not generated any invoices using the purchased credits:

  • You may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once approved, your invoice credits will be deactivated and the purchase refunded to your original payment method.

Cancelling a Paid Plan After Some Credits Are Used

If some invoices have already been generated from a purchased plan:

  • Credits already used are non-refundable, since the service (invoice generation) has been delivered for those credits.
  • Unused remaining credits may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, calculated on a per-credit basis.
  • After 7 days, all credits — used or unused — are final and non-refundable, though they remain available under your plan's lifetime access for future use.

Lifetime Access Plans

"Lifetime access" means your purchased invoice credits do not expire and there is no subscription to cancel. Cancellation requests under this policy apply only to refunding unused credits within the windows above, not to discontinuing a recurring charge, since none exists.

Enterprise and Custom Plans

The Enterprise, Enterprise Pro, and Custom Plan tiers may include dedicated account management, API access, or custom integrations agreed to separately. Cancellation terms for these plans are governed by the specific agreement signed at purchase; please refer to that agreement or contact us directly.

Account Closure

If you have a registered account and Dashboard, you may request account closure at any time. Closing your account does not generate a refund on its own — any refund eligibility is still determined by the credit-usage rules above.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or unused-credit refund, please contact us:

Please include:

  • Full name or account email
  • Plan purchased and date of purchase
  • Number of invoices generated so far (if any)

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Final Notes

Because our plans are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, most billing concerns are resolved as a one-time refund decision rather than an ongoing cancellation. If anything is unclear, reach out before purchasing a larger plan and we're happy to help you pick the right size.
